Kontinuasom, film co-produced by Spain and Cape Verde, displays the hard ordeal of the African diaspora in the search for new opportunities. A migration of the cultural sector, a human capital flight, narrated in the form of documentary through Cape Verdean music, from the most contemporary to the most traditional, which sometimes brings Buena Vista Club Social to mind.

Best Documentary Film Award

Kontinuasom won the award for best long documentary of Fifai Le Port in the French Festival International Du Film D’Afrique et Des Iles only one month ago.

Una madrugada, ya tarde, nos encontramos con que Kontinuasom aparecía como mención especial en en Dias de Cine, el programa deLa 2, dentro del reportaje que cubría el Festival Documenta Madrid 2010 y en el que participamos en la Sección Panorama.
Un regalo para muchos del equipo. Ése era su programa favorito.
Está justo al final del reportaje que dura 6 min y es una retrospectiva a las obras documentales exhibidas en Documenta 2010.
